CURRENT NEWS AND UPDATES Church Constitutional Progress Indiana District has approved Epiphany’s Constitution and By-laws, officially recognizing Epiphany as a congregation!!!! Newly Elected Church Officers Office of President: Mark Hallowell Office of Vice President: John Brammeier Office of Secretary: JoBeth Clark Office of Treasurer: Joanna Klavon Boards and Board Members: Epiphany’s Constitution lists 5 required boards, with the option to add others if necessary. Currently: Trustees: David Clark and Mike Findlay Elders: David Clark, Mike Findlay, Josh Thieke, Tony Robinson, and Jimmy King Christian Education: Heather Lamb and Sarah Mills Fellowship: Amanda Foley, Tara Slagel, Jill King, and Melinda Robinson Stewardship: Daniel Foley and Beth Hallowell Some of the boards have vacancies that we would like to have filled within the next couple of weeks so that a council meeting can be held in September. Sign-ups for these boards will remain in the back of the church until the positions are filled. Patoral Call The Elder’s have prepared a call document that has been approved by the voters. Per Epiphany’s constitution a ballot vote must be used and a ¾ majority vote is necessary to approve Pastor Mills’ call. 35 votes were cast and Pastor was called unanimously. Sunday School We are need of Sunday School teachers. If you love children and would like to teach on Sunday mornings, please see either Heather Lamb or Sarah Mills. Ladies Night Out The first Tuesday of each month the ladies of Epiphany meet for food, fellowship and fun. See the Calendar page for more information. All women of all ages are welcome to attend, the more the merrier! Bible Study Opportunities Bible Studies are held on Wednesday evenings. Please check the calendar for times and locations. Advent Services & Holiday Services There will be no Thanksgiving Day Service Advent services will be held at Maple Glen at 7PM. Christmas Eve Service will be held at 7PM at Maple Glen Christmas Morning Service will be held at 10AM at Maple Glen Playgroup For more information on Playgroup or for directions, please contact Sarah Mills.
